Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability of protocols and Ethical Approval (or Ethical Approval Extension Letters) prior to conducting product testing.

  • Prepare documents and conduct briefing sessions for Recruiters regarding the availability of test subjects.
  • Accompany Product Testing Staff during testing, ensuring the entire process adheres to applicable procedures.
  • Verify the completeness of test products and supporting documents received by the Business Support Department and Product Testing Staff.
  • Validate product testing data collected by Product Testing Staff and compile it into a final product testing report.
  • Coordinate with the Quality System Department to issue Minutes of Final Reports and Certificates of Analysis.
  • Coordinate with the Business Support Department for the delivery process of final reports and supporting documents to the Customer.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, or Life Science.
  • Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
  • Have an understanding of regulations pertaining to cosmetics and dermatology products.
  • Possess knowledge in project management.
  • Be familiar with business processes in the field of cosmetic product testing.
